Title: Quality Manager- Precision Metal Stamping
Location: Buffalo, NY 14219
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + 5% Bonus + RELOCATION $$

Founded in 1984 we are a 100 employee manufacturer of precision metal stamping, stator & rotor assemblies for the power generation, automotive & heavy industrial markets. We do everything from being an OEM to handling repairs, rebuilds and end-user value services. Over the past 2 years our headcount has increased 20% and we've gained significant market share in the space. We are targeting to hire a Quality Manager coming out of the industrial manufacturing space who can manage a team of 4 quality engineers / inspectors with the ability to be hands on.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer / Quality Manager
Ability to train / supervisor quality engineers & inspectors
Exposure to the manufacturing space (ideally industrial manufacturing)
Six Sigma / Kaizen certifications ideal
