Position Overview: As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of capital equipment in the HVAC and water/waste water treatment industries. This role will require you to utilize your technical expertise and sales skills to identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned region. You will play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region-Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and their needs-Actively promote and sell our capital equipment products and solutions to commercial and industrial clients-Utilize your technical expertise to provide product demonstrations and conduct training sessions for potential clients-Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support-Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company-Travel within the assigned region to attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings
Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field-3+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the HVAC and water/waste water treatment industries-Strong technical knowledge and understanding of capital equipment-Proven track record of successful sales and achieving targets-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills-Ability to travel within the assigned region, including overnight stays-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation-Ability to work independently and in a team environment-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
