Requirements:
10+ years relevant experience with Employment on the Defense Side
Must also have counseling experience and skills, including wage and hour issues, Litigation experience,
MUST HAVE: Clients to bring over to the law firm, PAGA case experience
Experience with Wage and Hour Litigation and Class Action Defense.
Broad experience in counseling clients on termination, leave, and many other workplace issues
Must be Licensed and in good standing with the CA Bar

Benefits
-Salary: Monthly salary of $5,500 a month, in addition $200 per hour for each hour billed at $545 per hour. No hours budget. Work as many hours as you want and make as much money as you want to
Ex: 1800 yearly billable hours = $360,000 plus the $66,000 yearly base salary = $426,000/ year
