Job Title: Reserve Studies Leader
Location: 100% Remote (Business operates on EST)
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Position Overview
The Reserve Studies Leader is responsible to lead the team in delivering capital funding plans for condominiums, timeshares, and large complexes. These studies help clients budget for the replacement and maintenance of building items and personal property.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Reserve Studies team, including overseas staff, to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
- Present complex financial and technical data to clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner via zoom
Review and finalize reports, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Stay highly organized, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update company procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Reserve Studies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of breaking down complex information for clients.
- Proficiency in relevant software for Reserve Studies and project management tools.
- 2+ years of commercial building experience.
- VERY proficient in Excel
