This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a leading semiconductor manufacturing team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all equipment related to Ion Implantation and Thin Film processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with implanters, high vacuum systems, semiconductor maintenance, and implanter performance. The Maintenance Technician will be required to perform a variety of tasks related to these processes, including troubleshooting problems and repairing/servicing equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on all ion implanters, high vacuum systems, and related equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose any problems with equipment
Respond to service requests in a timely manner
Identify and prevent potential issues with equipment
Ensure equipment is running efficiently and meeting production goals
Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Over 5 years of experience in semiconductor hardware maintenance
Dry etch expertise
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
