Job Title: Senior Audit Manager
Location: New York, NY (with flexibility to work from other regional offices)
Salary: $140k-$180k DOE + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit engagements for Fortune 1000 companies, nonprofits, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals
Oversee the work of audit staff and provide training and mentoring
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP
Advise clients on risk management and improvements in business processes
Collaborate with partners and directors on complex technical accounting issues
Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services

Qualifications:

CPA license required
8+ years of audit experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
Extensive knowledge of GAAP and audit standards
Strong leadership and client management skills
Experience with diverse industries like employee benefit plans, real estate, and government entities
