Job Title: Senior Billing Specialist
Location: Remote/Hybrid Schedule with 1-day working On-site in Pueblo, CO
Requirements: 5+ Years of Medicall Billing/Coding professional experience preferably in a Healthcare setting
Salary: $55-$66K DOE + Bonus
We are a Behavioral Health-focused healthcare organization with multiple offices in Colorado. As a Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management and will be an integral role in the medical billing department, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Preferred Experience with:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of medical billing and coding
- Experience working within the behavioral health or healthcare industry
- Extensive experience with medical billing
- Extensive experience with the electronic health record team
- Extensive experience working with Medicare, Colorado Medicaid and third-party payers
- Experience with ensuring billing systems and processes comply with state and federal regulations
- Proficient skills in MS Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Efficient communication skills
