Title: Senior Construction Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000/year Base Salary

Through our decades of experience we have built a solid reputation nationally and created strong partnerships to complete projects from conception to completion with integrity and excellence. From new constrcution to renovation, we focus mainly on commercial projects including: Healthcare, Educational, Municipal, Offices, Technology, Life Science, Performing Arts, and Retail.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, lead multiple projects from conception through deployment, providing management and oversight to project respurces, tasks, timelines, costs, and scope (Current Projects: Healthcare & Higher Education).
1) Guiding and mentoring project management staff - training and hiring of staff as well as holding them accountable for our standards
2) Building relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors and suppliers
3) Take lead in responding to RFP's and Marketing
4) Scheduling - Prepare preliminary schedules for the design or bid phase, as needed
5) Help prepare subcontracts and master agreements, including scopes of work and reviewing trade partner markups
6) Cost Management - Assist in the preparation & uploading of budgets into the management software
7) Coach the project team on the tracking, projecting, and management of costs throughout the project
8) Preconstruction - Work alongside the estimating team to develop estimates, from conceptual budgets to GMP & CSP proposals
9) Mediate between project teams and trade partners
10) Pursue new relationships with potenial clients and design firms - business development activities
1) Bachelor's degree in construction, construction mangement, or related field; or related construction experience
2) 10+ years of Project Management in commercial and industrial
3) OSHA 30 Certification
4) Organizational Skills/Multitask/Conflict Resolution Skills
5) Scheduling and Estimating Experience
