Job Salary:$120,000 - $140,000 base plus 10% bonus

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions for this major business initiative. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to improving our software products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET and C#.
Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define software requirements and specifications.
Develop and maintain unit tests and ensure the code is tested and optimized.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET and C#.
Experience with healthcare interfaces, HL7, DICOM and/or FHIR.
Experience with API development.
Experience with software design patterns and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
