Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Boise, ID
Salary: $120k-$140k
Requirements: 6+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with a wide range of projects across Commercial, Office buildings, Healthcare/medical, etc.
Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for 2 experienced Superintendents. This person will be responsible for managing site construction personnel and operations.
- Compensation: $120k-$140k + Benefits, 401k, PTO, Vehicle, etc.
- Stable / Reputable General Contractor with Consistent projects
- Growth opportunity and excellent company culture
- Strong Glass Door rating / employment tenure
- Manage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet project completion date
- Manage / supervise field construction of projects
- Schedule and manage multiple crews performing various tasks across the project site
- 6+ years experience as a Superintendent
- Commercial construction projects
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Self-motivated
