The Construction Superintendent will play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Superintendents are responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of on-site construction activities. This critical role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional scheduling and organizational skills. In this role you will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
-5+ years of Superintendent experience
-Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or field experience
-MS Project, Bluebeam or Team Foundation Server is a must
-Bi-Lingual is a plus
-Experience working as a GC
-$75k- $160k (DOE)
