Who we are:

We began by developing student housing and have now expanded into the conventional and senior sectors, totaling nearly 2000 apartment units in Central Iowa. Although our company's primary focus is still multi-family development, we have also completed a number of other commercial and residential projects, such as convenience stores, small retail multi-tenant buildings, and auto repair businesses.

Duties:

Planning and scheduling of the construction project to ensure it is completed on time and on budget.
Coordinate and communicate with the general contractor, subcontractors, and project owners.
Perform daily reviews of job sites to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered to the job site on time.
Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed.
Resolve any conflicts between subcontractors and ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget.
Monitor construction progress and report back to the project owners.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in multi-family, commercial, student living, high-rise residential, and/or apartments.
Thorough understanding of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
