Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to support our Department of Defense (DoD) operations. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain our systems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and security protocols. This role is crucial in providing reliable system performance and support to our team.

-Technology infrastructure within a Microsoft Office 365 GCC High environment.

-You will be part of the Information Technology Ops team responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available Information Technology Systems that meet business objectives service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supporting complex IT systems, ensuring their security, availability, and performance in line with mission requirements
• Recommending, building, and establishing processes and procedures to maintain enterprise systems in multiple environments
• Administer, monitor, and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
• Perform daily system management tasks, including system backups, restores, patch management, and user administration
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to maintain the integrity and security of the system
• Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues
• Monitor system performance and perform tuning for optimal system operations
• Assist in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and patches
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, changes, and processes
• Collaborate with team members and support personnel to identify and resolve complex issues
• Implement and monitor security measures in compliance with NIST 800-53 and DISA STIG requirements
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers in secure environment
• Administer Active Directory and ensure proper access controls
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam
• Support enterprise applications in a GCC High environment
• Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud services and management
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide technical support to users
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits for compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active DoD security clearance (TS/SCI) (required)

• CompTIA Security+ (required)

  Experience within:

  -Package building and deploying with MECM InTune/EndPoint Management Jira ITSM/ITOM or other ITIL based tool in an enterprise environment 

  -Demonstrated hands-on experience with monitoring, diagnostic, analytics, and administration tools such as: Manage Engine AD Manger Plus, AD Patch Manager Plus, AD Audit Plus, Desktop Central, etc. 

  -Microsoft MECM PDQ Automation Software Nagios Network and Server monitoring Demonstrated hands-on experience with systems integrations and automation techniques such as: Powershell SAML Authentication via 

  -Microsoft Azure DUO Multifactor Authentication Group Policy Domain\M365 administration

  -Demonstrated hands-on experience with Security and Compliance: NIST 800-53 DISA STIG CMMC

• Proven experience in System Administration with a focus on Windows environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and tools
• Experience with Enterprise Systems and cloud solutions
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, DISA STIG, CMMC compliance standards
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESX/VSphere and NetApp Storage Systems
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM tools such as Jira
• Understanding of multifactor authentication solutions like DUO
• Experience with Microsoft MECM, InTune and Endpoint Management
