Position Overview:
The Transportation Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the transportation division. You will lead a team of Supervisors and Drivers to oversee distribution of finished goods. The ideal candidate will ensure that all transportation activities are managed according to customer service standards, regulatory requirements, and established delivery standards, while maintaining and developing carrier relationships. This position requires excellent customer service, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
If you have 5+ years of Managerial Experience within Transportation, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Replenishment Planning and 2+ years of experience working with contract carriers and negotiation expertise, then apply today! Food and Beverage experience is highly desirable!
