Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in our Northeast territory. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders. This role requires a willingness to travel frequently to job sites and a strong background in ground-up construction and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
Manage and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.
Coordinate with project directors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide feedback to improve processes and quality.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Assist with project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

Proven experience in ground-up construction and site supervision.
Strong understanding of general construction practices and safety regulations.
Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites as required.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Travel Requirements

Most common travel schedule is 4 weeks on, 1 week off
Sometimes there will be 6-8 week travel projects
Rare, worst-case travel schedule is 3 months away from home
