Base: $70,000 - $110,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in the commercial flooring sector. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and expand our market presence by developing relationships with new and existing clients, while providing exceptional service and expertise in commercial flooring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial flooring market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored flooring solutions.
  • Conduct territory sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the installation and design teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments in flooring materials such as carpet and resilient flooring.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in territory sales, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products, including carpet and resilient options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
