Position: Account Executive
Location: Seattle
Requirements: Commercial construction sales
Compensation: Base: $60,000-$90,000 + Commission

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive for our Construction Cleaning division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring satisfaction in our cleaning services targeting the commercial construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users and clients in the construction industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales in the territory.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure delivery of services meets client expectations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or facility sales or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of floor care and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in territory management and commercial sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
