Account Manager

Founded over 20 years ago, we're an employee-owned, award-winning agency specializing in advertisement strategy and creative direction. We have a client list composed of Fortune 500 names as well as start-ups ranping up. We have 2 offices in the Pittsburgh area and offer hybrid and flexible working options. Our people are the core to our business and success and we're looking to add an Account Manager with ad agency experience to our team. Does this sound like you?

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts and building strong relationships.
Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution, including media buying and creative development.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients, recommending adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

Prior agency setting experience.
Strong understanding of advertising sales, media planning, and advertising strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
