Position Overview
The Senior Audit Manager will lead the audit team in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while also providing insight and recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the audit team in executing audit plans and programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct financial analysis and review financial statements to assess risks and controls.
• Oversee SOX compliance initiatives and reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify areas of improvement and implement changes.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Manage multiple audit projects efficiently and effectively.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to audit team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal audit or related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience with financial analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and audit software.
