Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Senior to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting private company audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute audits for private companies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and provide recommendations for improvement.
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulations affecting audits.
Assist in the planning and execution of Employee Benefit Plan Audits and NFP audits as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit, specifically with private companies.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
CPA certification is preferred but not required.
Experience with Employee Benefit Plan Audits and NFP audits is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
