Title: Bilingual Accounting Manager (Japanese)

Based in Southern California, we are a top-tier product development and software company specializing in the Consumer Mobility sector. We work with our global partners to create internationally recognized, award-winning digital experiences that seamlessly integrate with physical IoT devices for the Automotive sector.
At this time due to our continued success, we are looking to hire a bilingual Accounting Manager that has at least 5+ years of corporate accounting experience, strong communication skills, and fluent in Japanese.
You will: Oversee finance and accounting operations, managing monthly financial closings in collaboration with an outsourcing firm and the Tokyo office, and refining forecasts and cash flow planning with front-office teams. The role also involves establishing internal controls, preparing financial reports and budgets in compliance with GAAP, overseeing tax planning and audits, and providing financial analysis for investments, pricing, and contracts. Additionally, the individual will present financial recommendations to management on long- and short-term goals.
