Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, producing high-quality parts, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining processes.
Perform regular maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and tolerances.
Utilize precision measurement tools to confirm dimensions and specifications of finished products.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes and increase efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and G-Code programming.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
Familiarity with milling and turning operations.
Experience with precision measurement tools and quality control procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot and set up CNC machines effectively.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Understanding of safety standards and practices related to machining and manufacturing.
