Salary DOE but range anywhere from $100k - 125k/130k
Plus Gas & Vehicle allowance, annual bonus, full health benefits, 401k match

We are a well established and reputable commercial general contractor based in Lakeland FL with a strong, tight knit team. We are experiencing consistent growth and are looking for a mid to high level PM to join the team and manage our larger or more complex construction projects.
Position Overview: The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for oversight and coordination of all construction activities in the construction of commercial buildings. The Project Manager works closely with teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and on budget while ensuring safety and quality control. The Project Manager will need to be able to handle a wide variety of tasks, such as pre-construction activities, estimating, problem-solving, project financials, cash flow management, and representing the company at meetings.
