Our client is in search of an experienced Construction Administrator to join our esteemed team and lead the successful execution of high-end architectural projects during the construction administration phase.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
Review submittals, RFIs, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Create and manage construction budgets, schedules, punchlists, and more.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with building codes, AIA documentation standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
Experience in construction management and on-site construction oversight.
Proficiency in reviewing submittals and RFIs.
In-depth understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and able to manage, direct, and lead effectively.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized.
Exceptional time management skills.

Software Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus.
