Requirements: 3+ Years' Experience as an Estimator on either Multifamily or Commercial Projects

We are a well established Design/Build General contractor with many current and upcoming projects. We are currently hiring for an experienced Estimator.

This person will be primarily focused on estimating for Multifamily or commercial projects ranging from $5M-$20M+. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and materials. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all estimates are comprehensive and align with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to understand the scope of work.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets.
Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in estimating Multifamily or commercial projects
Proficiency in estimating software.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
