Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Construction Defect Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling construction defect claims and be well-versed in construction law. This role involves representing clients in litigation related to construction defects, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in construction defect litigation cases
  • Analyze and assess construction defect claims
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively
  • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations regarding construction defects
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases

Qualifications

  • Jurisdictional license to practice law
  • Proven experience in construction defect litigation
  • Strong understanding of construction law and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
  • Bachelor's degree in Law and a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
