Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager/Superintendent who will manage and supervise the construction of luxury homes from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential construction, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of luxury home construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proven experience in managing luxury home projects.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
