Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.
Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Develop project schedules and timelines, coordinating with various teams.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Provide leadership and motivation to project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Oversee site management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Manage stakeholder relationships and address their concerns effectively.
Prepare detailed cost estimations and manage resource allocation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety compliance standards.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.
