Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Location: Work From Home + 50% Travel
Salary: $80k - $100k
Requirements: 3+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager, experience in commercial and multifamily ground-up/renovation specifically exterior building envelope reconstruction.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multifamily developments as well as ground-up construction, renovations, and remodels.
