We focus on heavy civil work and are currently looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler with a passion for the Heavy Civil Construction industry to join our team in Houston, TX.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Construction Scheduler - Heavy Civil to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction scheduling process for heavy civil projects. You will use your knowledge of construction scheduling, project management, and heavy civil construction to create and maintain an accurate construction schedule, as well as track progress, identify any risks, and communicate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed construction schedules for heavy civil projects
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for scheduling
Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with project deadlines and milestones
Assist in resource allocation and optimization for project efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction scheduling and heavy civil construction.
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software and tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
