We are seeking a litigation attorney with at least two years of experience in litigation defense. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury defense cases, including premises liability, automobile accidents, and other general liability matters.

Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, discovery, motion practice, and trial.
Develop and implement legal strategies for personal injury defense cases.
Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and manage case files.
Work directly with clients, insurers, and experts to build strong defenses.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
Minimum two years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury defense.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation and client communication skills.
