Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Perry, Florida 32347 (Relocation Package Available)
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for a hands-on, on the floor approach, mechanical engineer with design experience.
Lead R&D projects and product improvement initiatives.
Plan and coordinate special projects, including the design and fabrication of production equipment.
Develop mechanical / electromechanical fixtures and machines based on customer requirements.
Design automated and semi/automated assembly and secondary machines.
Evaluate existing mechanical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Improve yield and throughput of production systems.
Design test methods for system and product quality.
Coordinate maintenance and repair services.
What You Need for this Position
4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering (Or equivalent experience)
4+ years experience designing / maintaining hydraulic/pneumatic presses and automated assembly machines.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Understanding of basic machining processes.
Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
Familiarity with FEA.
Microsoft Office
Experience designing munitions desired (Not required)
