We are a 50 year old commercial drywall subcontractor based out of Dallas, TX with multiple locations across the Midwest. We are actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dallas. Ideal candidate will have experience on a variety of large-scale commercial drywall & metal stud framing projects.

What you'll be doing:
- Project management on commercial drywall & acoustical ceiling projects
- Managing pricing, submittals, material procurement & scheduling of awarded projects
- Responsible for the overall success of a construction project
- Provide exceptional client service
- Provide management of project budget, schedule & quality
- Oversee contractual requirements & documentation
What you need:
- 2+ years Project Management experience
- Experience with commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustics, etc.
- Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall & acoustical systems
- Experience with projects $5M+
- Excellent math & organizational skills
- Great leadership & communication skills
