Engineering Principal

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Principal to lead our engineering team in the design and implementation of complex building systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in engineering principles and practices, particularly in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, and will be responsible for overseeing project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design and implementation of MEP systems.
Develop and review engineering designs and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
Utilize Revit and BIM software for project modeling and documentation.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to maintain best practices in engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering design and project management.
Proficient in Revit and BIM software.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
