Due to growth, we are hiring a hiring a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Engineer with the following experience:

Technical client-facing experience
Scripting with Python
Modifying React components

Experience with the following is a big plus, but not required:

Robotics
Logistics, supply chain, and/or warehousing

You will be working post sales assisting our enterprise with integrations, solutioning, prototypes, and POCs.

On the technical side, you will write basic scripts in Python, and modify current React components on customizations.

You will also carry a quota round retention and expansion, and will receive a $15k bonus at 100% of quota.

This team has 3 other Customer Success Engineers + 4 Software Engineers who support 3 Account Directors and 5 Account Executives.

What You Will Be Doing

Become a product expert and subject matter expert
Work with enterprise clients on integrations, solutioning, prototypes, and POCs.
Write basic scripts in Python, and modify current React components on customizations.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments

What You Need for this Position

Must Have:

Technical client-facing experience
Scripting experience in Python
Ability to modify React components (TypeScript)
