Job Title: Senior Estimator
Job Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Hourly: $110K-$130K
Requirements: 7+ years of experience

We are a specialty contractor specializing in custom exteriors for hotels, high-rises, and other commercial type structures. Our team has completed projects across the US and Caribbean for the past 25 years!

What You Will Be Doing
- Create detailed cost estimates for all projects.
- Analyze drawings, blueprints, and other documentation to accurately estimate project costs.
- Review vendor and subcontractor quotes and bids and request changes when necessary.
- Identify areas of improvement in the estimation process.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all estimates are submitted accurately and on time.

What You Need for this Position
- 7+ years of experience in construction estimation.
- Thorough knowledge of drywall, stucco, interior and exterior, painting, finish, and Division 9 works.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Proficiency with MS Office and Estimating software.
