Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Sunman, IN - Must be in a Commutable Distance to this area.
Salary: $60,000-$110,000/Year + Bi-Annual Profit Sharing Bonus
Requirements: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, with electrical knowledge. Knowledge of Mechanical machines and tools is a must! Experience with electrical and mechanical drawings, math skills, troubleshooting skills will be a need for this role.

-On-site service/field support including troubleshooting, burner air: fuel ratio tuning, safety evaluations all while delivering an exceptional customer experience (from your first service to your last!)
-Assembly and installation of burner management control panels and fuel trains.
-Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customers technical support needs.
-Design/engineering of new systems or system upgrades which will improve safety, efficiency and product quality.
-Additional duties as assigned such as working in the shop and office as needed.
Willingness to travel up to 50%, and must be within a commuting distance.
-Bachelors degree in engineering. ( EE, ME, MET ) Associates degree is acceptable.
-Electrical knowledge - able to follow electrical schematics, basic electricity, power wiring.
-Strong mechanical ability - knowledge of any mechanical machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance; you may not be a master but you're on!
-Experience with electrical and mechanical drawings.
-Industrial certifications and training a plus!
-You exhibit stellar math, troubleshooting, organizational & general computer skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
-You're an All-Star communicator (written and verbal), with the ability to interact well with others (no zombies please!).
-You get excited about taking in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
-You have an outgoing, positive, team spirited, one-for-all personality.
