IT Support Administrator/Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator/Technician to manage and support our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance of our systems, provide technical support to staff, and maintain security protocols. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our IT operations and assisting in the implementation of technological solutions.

The TYPE of experience we are looking for, includes as much of the following as possible:

Experience with and an understanding of network architecture in industrial setting, including knowledge of network infrastructure and architecture and basic troubleshooting skills for the same.
Good Communication/Team support skillset with a solid ability and amount of helpdesk experience.
Direct experience with the troubleshooting Windows devices (including hardware upgrades) and office applications.
Previous experience with remote support for end users.
IT hardware troubleshooting and Support experience, including laptop, desktop, printers, etc., diagnosis, repair and maintenance.
Printer and print server configuration and troubleshooting.
Exposure to cloud virtual machines is a plus.
Exposure to cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Overall, we would be open to those with as many of the above listed SKILLS and EXPERIENCE and as much of the following BELOW:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems.
Experience with network management and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with security protocols and data protection regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
