Position Overview:
The Land Development Project Manager will oversee the planning, design, and execution of land development projects from inception to completion. This position is responsible for ensuring that projects meet regulatory requirements, stay within budget, and are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage land development projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Coordinate with civil engineering teams to create site plans, grading plans, and drainage designs.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resources to ensure successful completion.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
Prepare and present project proposals and reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in land development project management.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
Experience with Civil 3D software is preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
