Position Overview: We are looking to hire a qualified Litigation Attorney with experience in Product Liability and/or Personal Injury. The successful candidate will become a member of our legal team and will serve as an advocate for our clients in and out of the courtroom on the defense side.

Schedule: 4 days in 1 day remote in Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis of legal issues, including legal opinions, memoranda, court motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice, guidance, and representation in various types of litigation.
Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, witness statements, and other legal documents.
Appear in court and other legal proceedings to represent clients.
Negotiate settlements and other legal settlements.
Advise clients on various legal matters.
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Bar membership in good standing in the state.
3+ years of litigation experience.
Strong knowledge of product liability and/or personal injury laws.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
