Maintenance Technician
Southern, WI - Multiple Shifts available
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our industrial manufacturing team, in a role where you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability, including both Mechanical and Electrical system troubleshooting and repair, Preventive Maintenance planning and execution, all while ensuring plant and employee safety and manufacturing volume/performance.
This role requires a strong, well-rounded understanding of various maintenance practices and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, to handling those URGENT, unplanned equipment outages, and how to address, work with, and perform at a high level throughout.
