Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Matthews, NC facility. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining our production equipment and ensuring smooth operations. With a strong focus on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, this role is ideal for a technician who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Utilize and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and log maintenance activities.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
Proficiency in using CMMS to schedule and record maintenance activities
