Network Security Architect - REMOTE - East Coast hours
Position Overview
The Network Security Architect will focus on oversight and driving direction of the network security program with hands-on execution. It will be responsible for overseeing the organization's network security strategy. This role will involve oversight of policies and regulations and developing strategies and roadmaps to continually shape our network security future.
This is an individual contributor role, working across our global organization with the divisional team members that support network security. This role is heavy emphasis on strategy and roadmap with hands-on support and administration of technologies that operate inside our firewalls but outside of the business units.
Please note, this role is not performing engineering duties on a daily basis, it's more oversight across the organization to ensure the network security architecture in our divisions is aligned with some hands-on. This is a senior role for someone who has a networking security engineering/architecture background who is more in a program management/oversight/architect role now.
This role will also shape the future of network security across the organization.
Previous experience mentoring others is a huge plus.
