Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Of Counsel in Leasing to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support on leasing transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while protecting our company's interests.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on leasing agreements and property transactions.
Review, negotiate, and draft lease documents and related contracts.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support leasing activities.
Advise on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding leasing and property management.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal issues related to leasing operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leasing laws and best practices.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing and property law.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
Ability to analyze complex legal documents and provide clear guidance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
