Title: Paralegal
Location: Topsfield, MA
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
My client is a well-respected & growing law firm with a focus on family law, corporate law, & estate planning. We are looking for paralegals with experience in any of these three practices to join the firm and assist in its continued success. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in a related practice. If that sounds like you, please apply!
What You Will Do:
Assist attorneys in the preparation of relevant documents.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
Organize and maintain client files and documents, ensuring all materials are compliant with legal regulations.
Assist with probate matters, including filing documents with the court and communicating with relevant parties.
Conduct legal research to support strategies and compliance with local laws.
Prepare documents and correspondence as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a paralegal.
Paralegal certification (preferred).
Strong knowledge of estate planning, divorce law, and/or corporate law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
