Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + PTO, 401k Matching, Bonuses and comprehensive benefits package.

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Corporate Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in Corporate, Tax, and M&A practice areas. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic legal team.
