Corporate Paralegal - Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + PTO, 401k Matching, Bonuses and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Corporate Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in Corporate, Tax, and M&A practice areas. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incorporate and organize business and nonprofit entities, file regulatory documents, maintain corporate records, and handle dissolutions.
• Prepare resolutions, manage corporate governance materials, and file annual reports.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and organizing closing documents.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and tax matters, drafting memoranda as needed.
• Track and submit billable hours and client expenses promptly.
• Stay current with legal industry developments through training and continuing education.
• Support new attorney, paralegal, and staff onboarding.
• Handle additional administrative and legal projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a transactional paralegal (Corporate, Tax, and M&A preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal certification (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software (Required).
• Experience using legal document management and timekeeping software (iManage preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
