Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join our team in our Portland or Somerset location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering and a strong background in optimizing manufacturing processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process stability and performance.
Support new product development and scale-up activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
