Fully REMOTE - Salary up to $100K DOE plus bonus and benefits

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be the first one in Product Marketing building this proficiency for us. This role is essential in driving the marketing strategy for our SaaS product line (B2B), ensuring that our offerings resonate with target customers and meet market demands. The specialist will focus on developing compelling marketing collateral, analyzing market trends, and executing go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage product marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Conduct market research to identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with product management and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and generate leads.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
Experience from a SaaS B2B product company or tools within the construction industry highly desired.
Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
Proficient in creating marketing collateral and digital content.
Proficient with using social media.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
