Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our company's projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring that project objectives are met.
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure project completion within the established parameters.
Ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of project status, progress, and key issues.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and change requests.
Monitor project expenses and ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget.
Manage project resource allocation, ensuring that resources are deployed effectively and efficiently.
Ensure that project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Commercial, Education, Medical, Industrial, Construction, or Project Management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Experience in cost estimation, budget management, and resource allocation.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum, and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
Certification in project management, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus.
