Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and development projects in a variety of industries, including distribution centers, retail, entertainment, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working with a range of construction materials and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget
Collaborate with project team members, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage change orders and other project amendments
Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes and regulations
Coordinate and manage project documentation and reporting
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
Ensure that project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in commercial, industrial, and/or residential construction
Experience working with a range of construction materials and systems, including concrete, steel, and MEP
Experience working with Procore or similar project management software
Strong understanding of bid and contract processes, as well as project scheduling and cost management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with a range of industries, including healthcare, education, hospitality, and public works
Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician license a plus
Experience with Design-Build projects preferred
Ability to travel as needed
